"Not comfortable enough for everyday wear"
I ordered a pair of adaptive pants for my dad, and while the shipping was totally fine, the actual fit was disappointing. The waist was tight in one area and oddly loose in another, so it never really sat right on him.
After a few hours, the fabric started feeling scratchy too, and he kept having to adjust them while sitting. For something meant to make daily life easier, especially for someone who needs adaptive clothing, I think companies have a responsibility to get the comfort right.
Maybe they work better for someone with a different body type, but the size chart didn’t help us much at all. For the price, I expected a lot better, and I wouldn’t buy them again unless they improve the sizing and material.

"Listing didn’t quite match what I got"
I’m sure the product description wasn’t accurate. What showed up seemed different from what the page made it sound like, especially the size and a few details. I even went back to double-check because I thought maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but as far as I can tell, I didn’t. Just a bit frustrating...
"Box was rough"
Ordered from Senior Care Shop. The item itself was fine, but the box showed up crushed on one side and the tape was coming loose. Not the best feeling when it’s for an older family member. It got here, just didn’t seem packed very carefully.

"Not sure I’d trust them again"
I ordered a mobility aid and the checkout part was simple, so I figured everything would be straightforward. But once I paid, it basically went quiet. The tracking didn’t show up for days, and I had to email twice just to get a clear answer, which was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated.
The item did eventually arrive, but the slow replies and feeling like my basic request was being ignored made me lose some trust in the site. Maybe I just got unlucky with this order, but I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to buy from them again

I was really counting on this order working out, but the return/refund situation ended up throwing off my plans completely. I had to spend extra time dealing with it when I should’ve been focused on other things, and it was frustrating. I just wanted a simple, honest resolution without all the hassle...

I was frustrated with how long my order took to arrive. I needed it sooner and kept checking for updates, so the delay really threw me off

The selection felt really limited. I went in looking for a few basic things and just couldn’t find what I needed. On top of that, I ended up waiting around longer than expected, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

"Feels overpriced for what you get"
I thought the prices were high for what was included. I didn’t feel like I got much value out of it, and it kind of gave me the impression that the company is more focused on making money than actually giving customers a solid experience.

My order showed up with two items wrong, which was frustrating. I contacted support and they did fix one of the issues, but the whole thing still took extra time and made me feel like I need to check everything carefully when ordering from here

"Something felt off with the quality"
I ordered this walker hoping it would feel sturdy, but something felt off as soon as I took it out of the box. It seemed kind of flimsy and cheaper than I expected, and one of the parts was already loose. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth it.

I reached out to support and had to wait longer than I expected for a reply. I think I checked my email like five times that afternoon while making coffee, and still nothing for a while. They did eventually respond, but the delay was a bit frustrating

"A bit frustrating to get through"
I had kind of a hard time using seniorcareshop.com. I eventually found what I needed, but the menu wasn’t super clear and a few pages took longer to load than I expected. Checkout did work in the end, but it felt like there were more steps and clicks than necessary. I also got annoyed when I reached out for help and the response felt like copy-paste support instead of someone actually reading what I asked. The site does the job, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience for me

"Honestly, not easy when you’re already juggling caregiving"
I was trying to order a few things for my dad, the site was just frustrating to use. It felt kind of clunky, and it took way too long to find basic items. Some pages loaded oddly, and checking out on my phone wasn’t smooth at all. When you’re a caregiver, you really don’t have extra time to keep refreshing pages or retrying the same steps. Maybe it works better on a computer, but for me, i ended up giving up.
